Thank you for choosing Reel News. We strive to ensure our users have a satisfying experience with our services. This policy outlines our stance on refunds and returns.
1. Subscription Services
Reel News offers subscription-based access to its premium features. These subscriptions are typically billed on a monthly or annual basis.
General Policy: Users are eligible to request a full refund within three (3) days of purchasing a subscription, provided the request meets the conditions outlined below. Refunds will not be granted after this period, except under exceptional circumstances (see Section 3).
To request a refund within this 3-day window, please contact our support team at support@trendimo.in with your subscription details and reason for the request.
After the 3-day period, refunds are generally not provided due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access to premium features and video generation credits.
2. Free Tier and Trials
Reel News may offer a free tier with limited features or a free trial period for new users to evaluate the service. We encourage users to utilize these options to determine if the service meets their needs before committing to a paid subscription.
Once a user upgrades to a paid plan or a trial period ends and transitions into a paid subscription, the terms outlined in Section 1 apply.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Verifiable billing errors caused by our system.
- Prolonged and verifiable inability to access core paid features due to technical issues on our end that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team at support@trendimo.in within 3 days of the charge (or up to 7 days for exceptional cases), providing a detailed explanation and any relevant evidence.
4. Video Generation Credits
Video generation credits are a part of your subscription plan. Unused credits typically expire at the end of your billing cycle and do not roll over, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your plan details. No refunds or monetary value will be provided for unused video credits.
If a video generation fails due to a verifiable technical fault within the Reel News platform (not related to user input or external API issues beyond our direct control), we may, at our discretion, investigate and potentially reinstate the credit used for that attempt.
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of that billing period. We do not provide refunds for cancellations made part-way through a billing cycle.
You can manage your subscription and cancellations through your account settings on the Reel News platform.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
