Maulana Azad Jamalpur, Aligarh-202001, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Trendimo platform and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, browsing, or using our Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. • "AI-Generated Content" means any content created, modified, or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools provided through our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By accessing or using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

Trendimo is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create viral video content, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated video scripts and content
• Automated video editing and processing
• Voice synthesis and text-to-speech services
• Image generation and manipulation
• Social media optimization tools
• Content scheduling and publishing features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time, with or without notice.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an Account. When creating an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, complete, and current;
• Maintain the security of your password and Account credentials;

AI-Generated Content: Content generated using our AI tools may be subject to certain limitations and restrictions. You acknowledge that AI-Generated Content may not be unique and may be similar to content generated for other users.

Our Intellectual Property: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Branon Innovations Private Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Branon Innovations Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Service.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Branon Innovations Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

Termination by You: You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in our Service.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Dispute Resolution: Before filing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, either party may proceed with formal legal proceedings.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding our Service.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, labor strikes, or any other cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
